We are proud of what we have achieved and truly hope you are delighted.

The Brug is handmade for us in small batches by a factory in Noida, India. When we visited the factory, we were taken with their collaborative spirit and high standards, both in the products they make but also how they treat their employees. Together we have learned a lot about manufacturing a product like the Brug!

We have absolute confidence in the quality and integrity of the product you have received. Equally we are realistic and know that occasional problems can arise. Please allow us the opportunity to address any concerns you have, no matter how small, before leaving negative feedback.

We will repair or replace any faulty product providing you contact us by email within 12 months of purchase and can provide proof of purchase and any photographic evidence to support your return.

If we can’t repair the faulty product and we are happy that the fault has not been caused by customer use/damage then we will be happy to discuss with you the option of either a replacement product or full refund. Replacement is dependent on stock levels at the time of your request. If we cannot replace or repair within 12 months of purchase we will offer you a refund.

12 months after purchase we will consider your return request and will offer to repair if appropriate but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
